Visions of Mana [43] Saving Gnome from the Jewel Eater and Getting Magus

We stopped right in front of an obvious boss battle last episode, so the first thing we do is fight him. Jewel Eater had eaten Gnome, and that's one of the reasons why things got even worse in Gudju. With Gnome freed, the environment improves and we get a blessing to grow the seed.

Meanwhile, Palamena takes her turn with the Gnome Shovel and becomes a Magus. Another good job in my opinion. Once we grow the Jaque sproutling into the Jaque Tree, but before climbing, we backtrack to get our missing side quests.
