Judge Jeffrey Moreland CHOKES On The Bench When Challenged!

This judge, Jeffrey Moreland, in Currituck County NC, claimed that the Americans with Disabilities Act entitled him to require PROOF of disabilities and/or have medical support for accommodations request. When I challenged him to show what authority he was alleging, he CHOKED on the bench!
