This video was made by Peter Stevens whom Joe held in much disdain. Peter is no longer with us as he actually didnt ever use any of Joe's healing on himself. Peter did Charge Up a lady incorrectly after extracting such limited understandings about this procedure and if Joe hadn't been just across town, it could have ended badly.
