Femoroacetabular impingement and labral tears of the hip are being recognized more and more as a cause of hip pain in young, active people, such as active-duty military service members. These injuries can lead to long-term degeneration of the hip and ultimately hip osteoarthritis. In this video, I'll explain what this impingement and a labral tear are and how they are treated.
