Amnesty report ‘critically important’ for Gaza: Analysis

Amnesty International is accusing Israel of intentionally committing genocide in Gaza, saying the Israeli military is carrying out at least three of the five acts banned by the 1948 Genocide Convention in the enclave.

Tamer Qarmout is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and he says that the report carries “important weight” and puts pressure on international institutions to intervene.
