DWL Another Look and Possibly Going for Another Try

DWL is a compositor for wayland that I have tried before. It worked really well, but there were some shortcomings that didn't quite work with my workflow. It's why I've been using river, but maybe, maybe I could take another go at DWL, because there have been quite a few changes and maybe it is a bit better.
