Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we look at the washings required for salvation and the services to rendered to God.

Washings? Yes. Do you mean with water, like water baptism? Of course not. How can anyone become clean in the eyes of a holy God by some filthy cursed water from this world? They cannot.

The scriptures describes these washings as acts of God, not from or by mankind. No one can give the sinner anything that can remotely cause the sinner to be clean. It's all Christ and Christ alone.

Our faith is in the working of God that He Himself accomplished through the offering of His Son by His Spirit. It is God who does the washing.
