Rebels announce seizing control of Homs, Syria’s third-largest city

Syrian opposition forces took control of the third largest city Homs. There've been scenes of celebration in the city.
People have been gathering in central Homs and slashed posters of President Bashar al-Assad and climbed on a statue of his father, Hafez al-Assad.
