On 1/23/2022, Officers were working the Downtown Bar area in Des Moines Iowa, Known As Court Ave. Officers were attempting to help a woman by the name of Sydney Stuart. The Officers were attempting to call her Mother and father and the woman randomly Punches one of the officers in the Groin. The audio on this bodycam does not come in until the one minute marker, when it automatically turns on as the officer assumed they would not be arresting this woman until she made the surprising act.

The woman is obviously charged with assault on a Peace officer and Public intoxication as you will see that she is blackout drunk in this video. Much of this video is redacted when she is in the car to save your ears from her horrible screaming.

All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
