Cryptids and Conspiracies! Episode 28: Pearl Harbor: Did FDR Know?

Just before 8am December 5th 1941 a neutral country up until that point, America was attacked at its forward most base Pear Harbor Hawaii, A Day that Will Live in Infamy! When the smoke had cleard 2403 people had been killed and 1,178 wounded and half of America's Battleship fleet was damaged or sunk. It was a cold calculating atrocity that Japan would come to regret!
However, in recent years we find out that a think tank had sent a warning to Washington on December and there was a vague order for readiness?
What resulted was a reluctant congress declaring war like FDR wanted. So the question remains...did FDR know and when?
