Handgun Combatives / Movement With Purpose

This is an excerpt of some of the movement drills that Dave Spaulding of Handgun Combatives teaches. The course is Critical Space Pistol and requires a great deal of physical input from the student. "Movement With Purpose" means that you make sure that you're moving for a reason not for the sake of movement alone. A lot of what passes for movement in the training environment is essentially range dancing. There's a lot of hopping around that occurs for the sake of saying that you're moving but you must know why you're moving. This course was held at Hilltop Firearms Training Center in Dover, TN.
