A large portion of my medicine techniques come from training at The Four Winds in addition to years of other studies with medicine people. I have been using S. Boulardii for a couple of years now, regularly every few months. It is gentle and effective. Sweet cravings have gone. There is not any time after a meal where I feel like I need neither sweets nor snacking in between.

Candida is a living organism that produces hormones that cause cravings for sugar and carbs. While taking the S. Boulardii do not eat any sweets/sugar/fatty carbs. If there is birthday cake in your stomach, the S. Boulardii will be busy feasting on the cake, cookies, and fries and not getting rid of the candida.
