This drink combines spiciness and sweetness, coupled with rich agave notes.
If, like me, you’re already tired of creamy, chocolatey Christmas cocktails, you’ll surely be very happy with this one.

Note: Squid Ink serves two purposes here. Firstly, it adds color to the cocktail, and secondly, it introduces a bit of salt, similar to saline solution. Don’t worry, in your cocktail, squid ink doesn’t taste like fish.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz TEQUILA ANEJO EL PROFESOR @tequila_aman
15ml-0.5oz RED CHILI LIQUEUR
30ml-1oz POMEGRANATE JUICE
30ml-1oz LIME JUICE
15ml-0.5oz ELDERFLOWER SYRUP
5 drops SQUID INK

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled coupette glass.
