How Reiki Works

Hiya! So I have no idea what happened with the video. It was fine. Not sure what shifted or changed in the room that lead to the video getting so dark. I did what I could to try to brighten it up. At least you can hear. If it's not one thing it's the other.

Anyway, in today's video we're going to discuss how Reiki actually works and the multiple levels it works on: The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I'll also very briefly touch on Shamanic healings, and different experiences you may have during your Reiki session.
