United Nations Climate Plan

The United Nations in their Purpose and Philosophy documents states they believe in population control. And in order to accomplish this they need to get involved in controlling resources and even controlling weather. Which they have been doing through geoengineering. Trouble is they are working with our federal government to implement these plans.
