### Two Suspects to Appear in Court for Reba the Bulldog's Death

Two suspects, Issac Laushaul Jr. and Markeisha Foster, are scheduled to appear in court Monday morning in connection with the death of Reba, a bulldog whose case has garnered widespread attention.

#### Arrests and Legal Developments

Both Laushaul and Foster were arrested over the weekend. However, Laushaul refused to attend his initial court appearance on Sunday. Later that day, during Foster's court hearing, the judge issued a no-contact order between the two suspects.

#### Reba's Tragic Story

The heartbreaking story of Reba began in late July when the Vegas Pet Rescue Project found her in dire circumstances. On July 26, Reba was discovered inside a container behind a grocery store at Maryland Parkway and Katie Avenue after someone heard her faint whimpering and alerted Paw Patrol Las Vegas.

Reba was in critical condition due to extreme heat exposure and sadly passed away from heat-related complications. A necropsy revealed no other underlying health issues.

#### Community Outcry and Investigation

Reba’s death sparked outrage and concern within the community, with many calling for justice. Early on, questions about the investigation and the enforcement of animal cruelty laws were brought directly to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

The Vegas Pet Rescue Project kept Reba’s memory alive by organizing events and distributing "Justice for Reba" posters throughout the summer. Even one of the nation's largest no-kill shelters joined the cause, helping to raise the reward for information leading to those responsible.

In October, the investigation gained traction with the release of new security footage showing a vehicle and potential suspects.
