Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani says the acquittal of Daniel Penny, a former Marine charged for the 2023 death of a homeless passenger on an NYC subway, was both a “shocker” and a great day for justice. “The jury in New York, they ride the subways. And you can be the most left-wing wacko—you ever ride the subways, you’re scared. And they know Penny did the right thing,” he says.
