I think Crow is lying about there not being drones given what Prather says and the video that appears to be of drones zipping by, and that the only reason for no drones would be GENUINE incompetence. If they were trying to kill Trump and make it look like an accident, the drones would work, and they'd probably claim malfunction anyway.
