He REFUSED service until he watched me working for his neighbors

I asked this homeowner if I could clean his driveway but he straight up refused. His 2 next door neighbors let me clean theirs up and he was eyeing me all day. So, I went back when I was all finished up to see if he changed his mind once he saw my work. Luckily enough, he did and I got started making it look amazing again.
