With the Rebel on the Road - Mud Slalom up the Hill

The area around Taal lake has been devastated in the last week of October 2024. Landslides have destroyed villages and roads and many lives were lost. I set out to ride through the area and back up a small and winding road, which leads from Talisay at the side of the Taal lake up to Tagaytay.
There were reports, that several landslides have occurred on this particular road. I was sure that I will be able to go through. But I was not sure, how hard it will be to make it to the top. How is the condition of the road? Will there be a lot of obstacles in the form of debris, mud, soil, sand etc.?
