How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966)

The Grinch, a grumpy creature who hates Christmas, lives in a cave on Mount Crumpit, overlooking Whoville. Annoyed by the Whos' joyous Christmas celebrations, he decides to steal all their presents, decorations, and food on Christmas Eve. Disguised as Santa Claus, he goes down to Whoville and takes everything. However, on Christmas morning, the Whos still celebrate despite their losses, which makes the Grinch realize that Christmas is more than just material things. He returns everything he stole and joins the Whos in their celebration.
