Booty Bandit Giller, Yet Another Illegal Search That Yields NOTHING. RIGHTS VIOLATED

This is these fools MO, They have been doing this and violating citizens rights for as long as i can remember. They're keeping the "community safe" by going around and breaking the law? Look, this loser blew a stop sign to pull this guy over for going over the line at the next stop sign? Only problem is that line is like 3 or 4 feet from the next road, if you dont roll up you cannot see oncoming traffic. But we are seeing more and more evidence daily showing just how criminal Mrs. Kienan Giller is. And how the department allows him to commit these crimes on the public.

This happened on 4/24/24 and involves one of Willimantic PDs biggest criminals, Kienan Giller.

They not allowed to stop you and extend the stop in any way for a dog. They not allowed to pull you over and ask you to search absent probable cause. GIller had no reason to extend this stop other than what he MADE UP, which was a 100 ft is somehow and unreasonable amount of time to stop. And that the dude answered in the "wildest way he's ever seen" despite that being completely and a 100% false and made up. Funny how he always tells people to "be honest" or "be a man" and all these things he doesn't do or is not himself" This guy lies more than any cop i know in Willimantic, he lies to other officers, he lies in official statements and honestly should be in jail. But we know that wont happen, so we need to get this liar on the brady list so he can't be used in court.
