In court yesterday with Greg Stenstrom who also testifies. Case still active but the judge gaveled without ruling, so she could read the briefs that were filed 3 years ago.
Hoopes update 2 hours ago:
"We were bombarded yesterday by time limits and interruptions. It is ironic to listen to a Judge say this case took 3 years to be heard, and then be pompous enough to say well you GOT YOUR DAY IN COURT enjoy your 4 minutes.

We were very well prepared for the 15 minutes we were told we had, we were 3 separate plaintiffs and demanding we share that time because the court needs "order" is repugnant to the constitution.

So let me get this straight they can run the clock out for 3 years, take their sweet ass time and then have the audacity to hand us crumbs and say your time is limited.
I should have gotten on my knees and bowed down to say thank you for the porridge.

This is far from over. I will be providing a video today to show you the prepared arguments I had for yesterday."

She posted this yesterday to naysayers:
"Never presented to be an attorney , we did what we could within the rules and got in the argument we needed to..and until you understand the strategy and how they can make things up as they go, this case was to separate and 2 pro se litigants are to be given time separately we are not attorneys. We were prepared, well prepared and the cases 100% are asked for specific remedies in the briefs.
