I guess it's possible. It's not incoherent at least, and I do not know these people personally, but I don't find it credible either.
He doesn't seem to get the Mesa reports, completely wrong about Dr Frank's registration/turnout keys and he doesn't watch anyone else's videos so it's no wonder. Attacks Dennis Montgomery without access to the numbers in the same way that many attack Jovan, who hasn't released the data for some reason that may well be legit. NOT a good look going after Mike and Dennis. So normally I don't take sides in these skirmishes, I just want all the information, but since I included the link, that's what I think about this one. Jovan wants to make a business in elections that's why he doesn't want you hating the machines, although he has a point about it being the people running the machines, & getting results in court.
