Welcome to the Tuesday Edition of “It's Another Day with Jim and Bill”-EPISODE 796-We’re in a very busy news cycle. The healthcare CEO assassin was captured in a Western PA McDonalds yesterday afternoon. The shooter was identified as Luigi Nicholas Mangione of Towson, MD. He’s an honor student and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S.E. and an M.S.E... He comes from a well-to-do family in the Baltimore area and everyone who knows the guy can’t believe that he’d do such a thing. But isn’t that how it always is? And then there’s the Daniel Penny case. He does the right thing and the system tries to put him in jail. The good news is that he was acquitted yesterday. There’s so much wrong with our justice system these days…it’s nice to see it do the right thing, for a change. And that’s only a sampling.
