'Brighting' = Perps put on headlights near Targeted Individual | Gang Stalking In The UK (2018)

Feb 10, 2018. I didn't know what 'Brighting' was, and had never seen it. But just one day after watching a Targeted Individuals video on the subject, it happened to me, and has never stopped since. Brighting is when vehicles in your area switch on their headlights (headlamps), to let you know that you are surrounded, that they know who you are, and as a form of psychological torment.

The lights are on in the day, regardless of what the weather or lighting conditions are like.
