Building confidence is way simpler than most people make it out to be. The truth is that if you get 1 single thing right, you're halfway there already!

What is this factor for building confidence?

Trust!

When you know for a matter of fact that you follow through on whatever you set your mind to and believe in your ability to solve problems, you will have confidence, guaranteed. In some cases this will be situational confidence, in other cases this foundation helps you build unshakeable confidence in every area of life!

This is the foundation for building confidence, period.

Because think about it:

If a friend keeps making promises to you, but never follows through, would you continue to trust him? Heck no! On the flipside, how many times have you told yourself that you would do X, Y or Z? And how many of those times did you flake out?

That's the number one confidence killer.

It's the biggest mistake when trying to build confidence.

When you can start making promises to yourself (and others) and actually KEEP them, you'll develop more trust in yourself. That trust is what we call confidence.
