(I have Read this and Confirm the text does indeed include that proclamation that they were agreeing to become Global Citizens of the United Nations. The Text appears to be legit, but without the original document or an official source confirming it's validity makes it difficult at best. And considering how INCRIMINATING any such disclosure that Every Citizen of Every UN Member Nation is AUTOMATICALLY A UN GLOBAL CITIZEN Would be EXPLOSIVE to say the Least. It is not surprising such Evidence has been Scrubbed from any Public Access.)

This definition is defined the same outside "this article" and applies in many other ways.
