Here in GA the first thing to do to end the deep state is to end the Carl Vinson Institute of Government training in the UGA Institute of Government, where you learn the flow of government. It is an indoctrination school where you learn how the deep state of GA works, you follow the rules and don’t get out of line. The Institute is for all lawmakers, city council, commissioners, board of education, representatives, senators. Check to see if you have two different pay scales for those who have gone to the training and gotten their certification.
