***JANUARY 6 CASE UPDATE***

On the morning of December 6, 2024., my defender informed me that my 1512C2 felony obstruction charge had been dismissed. The next thing I have to do now is fly to Washington D.C. for my resentencing hearing on January 24, 2025.

Finally after all the fighting from inside of prison and out, the needle is moving in my direction. I'm happy I'm no longer a felon.

Even with a pardon from President-elect Donald Trump my life will never return to normal, and I will never regain the things I have lost but I am praying for a better future for myself and the rest of the J6ers. Thank you to all those who kept me in their prayers and wrote me letters while I was in prison.
