DRONES/BRIGHT LIGHTS Off New Jersey Beach 3XSPEED

Ok, I'm not sure what I'm looking at. A bunch of us were watching "OBA1 Beach Cam" last night and what looks like orbs or bright lights just off the coast. They come and go and I'm not sure if it's planes, drones, or what. I started live streaming just so I could record whats going on.
