My LG Computer Monitor Blinks! Why?

My LG Computer monitor started blinking in and out when cold. I found the problem, checked out some reasons why. I was hoping to get in there and solder some capacitors or something like that, but it was something else........ Almost messed up because I didn't "Functionally" Troubleshoot it. Someone's Video Saved me on this one.
