Steve Rimpici was on day 539 of the carnivore way of eating when this was recorded. Steve says he has always has been a big guy, and though he often had no health markers of any concern he was always watching out for that genetic predisposition to diabetes he was warned about. Steve was an early adopter of gastric band surgery at one point, but then had it reversed after suffering esophageal damage.
