Overton County Sets Bar Low with Executive Barlow

Monday night Overton County Commission met for their monthly meeting. As we have reported on previously, these meetings are more about forcing through agenda items than actually listening to the public, and County Executive Steven Barlow (Overton's equivalent to a county Mayor) sure made that obvious in this meeting. From having a woman removed for asking questions, to exaggerating about his level of preparedness.
