Damaged Goods!

The video should explain it all but let me link the website I got my models from https://www.trainz.com/ here normally I have no issues with them for this to happen twice is really unacceptable. this is a great company to buy models you don't find on the open market today but your telling you can't find a screwdriver to tighten some screws to make sure the model doesn't get damaged during transport really! come on.
