Jakoba's Reign of Terror (pt 76)

Jakoba learns about Project Monarch. The Montauk Project has a touch of alien influence and involvement with the Rokat. Jakoba wants to implement some of the mental training used on Earth in training his Virgin Vanguard. Montauk programming is used on boys and this comes from more of James Bartley’s documents. Jakoba admits the techniques comes from Puthade and it is Jubali trying to enslave humanity to the unified mind. There is a mention of Satanic child breeders for the sex slaves and batches of children in cages. Jakoba admits that humans are born evil, I believe for the first time in the channeling logs. The first children from the Virgin Vanguard have been born. Sockness keeps trying to find ways to ride back door passage off Earth but none of the ways are worthwhile. Virgin Vanguard infants are trained in their sleep state from birth and strength trained once they are able. Jakoba plans to train some regular aged soldiers with dream state training to see how it works on them as well.
