BAZ CANT DEFINE WHAT A FEMALE IS

At a recent council meeting local rate payer asks the City of Perth's Lord Mayor what a female is.

A basic common sense question that has only one common sense answer.

But it seems the Lord Mayor can't answer simple questions. Is he too afraid to stand up for the truth? Does he not know? Or has he bowed down to the woke mob?
