There are 3 basic elements essential for sustaining human life; 1st is air, 2nd is water and 3rd is food. Without any of these three elements we would not have long to live.

The Town of Kingsville staff has determined that the Town is not obligated to provide water to the residents of the town, and they have put this into the record in the Jaime Gale case.

Mr. Shaun Martinho, the Town of Kingsville Director of Public Operations provided a sworn affidavit to the town and in it he stated the following:

“The Applicant is not entitled to water and the Town's policy requires that there be a new water meter so that usage can be tracked and billed to the homeowner.”

If water is essential for humans, is Mr. Martinho implying that the Town of Kingsville comes before her life?

Plus, who owns the law? Is the law free for the people to use or is it "owned" by statutory bodies?
