Workout Wednesday: Hiking

This weeks workout was hiking the Koko Head Crater Trail on Oahu in Hawaii. This trail is around 1000 stairs, basically straight up the side of the mountain. LOTS of stairs. I was exhausted by the end, but the views were more than worth it.
