Young Men Seek Glory Old Men Seek Redemption

We don't know what God's plan is for us. We cause ourselves so much grief by trying to prove that our will is God's will. When an old man is young, he seeks glory, but may fail at his craft because they did not listen to God's directions like Moses, but they can't let go of the dream. Later, the old man teaches the young man to not make the same mistakes, and becomes a teacher, helping the young man succeed in his season. God's purpose may have been for that old man to be a teacher all along, and he should be thankful for God's purpose, the opportunity to fail, and appreciate the experience of love for the craft that they thought they fail at.
