Today, we delve into "Fight or Flight Response". We talk about the effects of Cortisol and Adrenaline within the system and how we can take the inner narrative of needing to be constantly on guard or ready to run at the drop of a hat and change that to reflect what is really true once you extricate yourself form the narcissistic situation you may just find yourself in.
Perhaps you have experienced this as a part of you and didn't even realise it was a thing. As we grow older, these coping mechanisms can start to be brought into the light.
