#13 Larry meeting 11 yo

#1 Harwinder Singh aka Harry Ghodra being held without bond for level 4 felony of child solicitation. Mr. Singh originally bonded out last December and jumped bail. We found him at a federal holding facility in Boone County Kentucky awaiting immigration charges. We informed Boone County of his charges on Indiana, and we informed Marshall County of his whereabouts. Mr. Singh was shortly transferred back to Marshall County to stand trial, where he has been housed since this past spring.
