Speak these verses over yourself instead of positive affirmations. The more new age practices I engaged in to overcome my anxiety, the worse it got. Each one I engaged in worked for a while and then my anxiety would get worse than before I started, and I was piling them on. I did positive affirmations, yoga, meditation, reiki healing music, law of attraction, manifesting, raising my vibrations, balanced my chakras, saged my home and more. God woke me up to the fact that you cannot mix new age with Christianity, and I've been anxiety free ever since. I was doing all of this under the false impression that it was the intent and that it was okay. God led me to the truth and proved to me that he gives us a sound mind. After suffering from extreme anxiety for over 20 years I've been speaking the bible over myself and have been anxiety free since the beginning of 2024.

2 Timothy 1:7 - For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Jeremiah 1:12 - Then Yahweh said to me, “You have seen well; for I watch over my word to perform it.”
