This week we begin our three-part series interviewing Jim Knight and Mike McNamara. These determined locals have been fighting against Lansing in their efforts to take a huge amount of “vacant” public land to expand what is already one of the largest military installations in the world. Lansing’s aim is to use this land grab for what looks to be a quite unnecessary Camp Grayling expansion (which is already 50% unused).
