Most the names handed over the Rokat government are handlers and lower ranking officials, but are well worth it to Jakoba’s officials. Jakoba still shows excitement in what he is given in these low-ranking names. Although few are actually people with global power, but these are pedophiles, the kind Jakoba hates most. The names and addresses are public knowledge and thus not doxing.
