Ghost Ships Secrets of the Sea

Ghost ships are ships that have been found abandoned at sea after presumably being lost or sunk. Several ghost ships were found with no trace of the crew. An unusual ghost ship was found near Rio de Janeiro in 1921, where a ship was found with full sails and all lifeboats with the crew missing and never resurfaced, only the ship's cat was still on board. Ghost ships have also been found in modern times. In 2003, a fishing vessel from Indonesia was found in Australia. The ship had recently been reported missing and sufficient food and fuel were found on the ship, but there was no trace of the crew - there were no signs of a fight or an attack.
