Direct Resistance Metal 3D Printing

Direct metal wire 3d printing using hot-end mounted welding electrodes to direct current through steel filament melting it. Optionally induction heating coils around hot-end. Nozzle extruder materials are aluminium oxide or magnesium oxide with relatively high heat conduction.
