Bulking Season Begins!

On this episode of the Fit to Lead Podcast, Dennis has officially ended his carnivore cut due to the holiday season. As of December 1st, 2024, Dennis weighs about 220 lbs, and I weigh 218 lbs. On New Year's Day, Dennis and I will begin our cut. In this video we trained chest and triceps, hope you guys enjoy.
