This third part provides an analysis of the webinar held by Cardinal Besungu on 29 November 2024 for the Catholic Church throughout Africa. The main theme was shaping the Church’s synodal future in Africa.

What is Besungu trying to achieve by questioning? He knows that the older generation is rooted in Christian principles, whereas the younger generation, influenced by smartphones and especially studies in Europe, is embracing divisive elements such as feminization, homosexualism, gender ideology, gender reassignment as progress. They are themselves poisoned by it and are bringing spiritual poison to Africa. Besungu does not want to put up a protective barrier against this immoral infection, so he challenges traditional, decent Christian manners. The younger generation has always learned from the elders, respecting their natural authority and life experience. In this way, Besungu also subtly undermines the authority of parents, so that they gradually lose awareness of their responsibility for the upbringing of their children, leaving them at the mercy of the amorality of the spirit of the world, which operates mainly through smartphones.
Like Besungu in Africa, Bergoglio in Ireland in 2018 admonished parents not to influence their children. The issue was that children were being systematically manipulated by gender ideology at school, subjected to transsexual experiments as if they were neither a boy nor a girl, and instilled with the belief that they have the right to homosexual relationships or sex reassignment surgery. Bergoglio demanded that parents not only remain silent about these crimes, but even support their children in this criminal deception. Transsexualism is part of the project of the so-called reduction of the world’s population to the golden billion.
There are lots of church schools in Africa that, under Bergoglio and Besungu, are likely to become breeding grounds for immoral infection in line with the African Church’s synodal future agenda.
Quoting Besungu: “This is why the synod tells us, OK, respect for the elderly, but that the elderly understand that it is at the same time a responsibility... It’s not just an age, but also a model of behaviour for the youngest.”
This statement sounds positive. But Besungu uses manipulative phrases to hide evil intentions. What does the phrase a model of behaviour for the youngest mean? In Europe we already know it, we know what it means. It means the so-called rights of children that deny any authority of elders, including parents. A child has the so-called right to call a hotline and sue a parent or teacher if they do not comply with their whims. This is the model of behaviour children are taught. But the tragic result is that children are then irretrievably stolen from their parents by social services. The reason given is the so-called best interests of the child. They are then placed in foster families made up of homosexuals, most of whom are paedophiles. Other stolen children are victims of organ trafficking. Stolen children given up for so-called adoption circulate among pseudo-families or are kept in social institutions, where they are also psychologically and sexually abused. Many end up committing suicide. In Norway alone, 70-100 stolen children commit suicide every year.
The so-called right of the child also includes the fact that a child who has been manipulated under psychological pressure in sex education classes can freely choose to undergo hormone therapy and subsequent sex reassignment surgery. This is an irreversible, lifelong mutilation. In this system, parents have no right to protect their children! If they do protect them, the juvenile justice system, hiding behind so-called social services, steals the children from their loving parents.
All of this is the result of the so-called right of the child, “a model of behaviour for the youngest” that Besungu is cunningly trying to impose on Africa.
Quoting Besungu: “What is our view of the weakest of people who are born with certain defects? Instead of considering it as the work of the sorcerer, the work of the demon, how do we recognize and welcome these people as creatures of God?”
Besungu is not referring to people who are born with a physical disability, such as paralysis. He is using this phrase to promote homosexuality. It has spread around the world by this method of eliciting sympathy. Linked to this is the lie about so-called innate homosexuality. Yes, homosexuality may be a dark inheritance from the ancestors for sins against the faith and idolatry of the ancestors, as Romans 1:18f says, but that does not mean at all that God created it. Homosexuals are deliberately placed in the role of stigmatized, discriminated people whose dignity and rights are violated. The Cameroonian Bishops put it precisely in their statement with a message to homosexuals:
“We also invite them to turn away from their mentality of victimization in which they take pleasure in considering themselves as ‘victims’, ‘weak’, and ‘minorities’; in order to seize the opportunity for conversion that God gives them in the many exhortations of His Word.”
What does Besungu mean when he says that instead of considering the so-called birth defect as the work of the sorcerer, the work of the demon, people should now recognize and welcome these people as creatures of God? He knows very well that Africans perceive that there is an unclean demon behind homosexuality, and this perception prevents Besungu from legalizing it. So Besungu is changing their minds so that they no longer dare to say that there is a demon behind homosexuality, but begin to accept this abomination as if it were part of God’s creation. This is blasphemy against God and a deliberate deception of Catholics and society as a whole. It is a crime to create the conditions for the spread of infection. That is why the Cameroonian bishops said in their statement:
“Homosexuality falsifies and corrupts human anthropology and trivializes sexuality, marriage and the family, the foundations of society. … In the history of peoples, the practice of homosexuality has never led to societal evolution, but is a clear sign of the imploding decadence of civilizations. In fact, homosexuality sets humanity against itself and destroys it. (...) Homosexuality is not a human right. It is an alienation that seriously harms humanity because it is not based on any value proper to the human being: it is a dehumanization of love, ‘an abomination’ (Lev 18:22). Rejecting it is in no way being discriminative; it is a legitimate protection of the constant values of humanity in the face of a vice that has become the subject of a claim to legal recognition and, today, the subject of a blessing.”
