CFP Round 2 - Notre Dame vs Penn State

If you take the last CFP rankings and set the brackets that allow the top 4 teams to have the byes of the first round (no auto seeds for conference winners). I simulated the first round team games, but I don't have the video. These games are the second round, and beyond.
